HELP: The installer is not detecting my partitions! When the installation wizard asks me about partitioning, It just shows my harddisk (SATA, 320GB) without any partitions in it! |
Try Gparted
Try the Gparted live cd.
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/
Just create a partition and install there. The same thing happened to me when installing on my laptop and that's how I got around it.
I tried PTD!
Thanks friend.
Actually, I solved the problem after a few hours. It was a problem in my Partition Table on MBR (was corrupted). I used the great program (M$ Windows Program!) Partition Table Doctor, It's really like a magic! It's a peice of myth!!
GParted is more fun, though....
Just as Magic,
And it's free!
