HELP: The installer is not detecting my partitions!

Debian Installer doesn't detect my Partition Table!

When the installation wizard asks me about partitioning, It just shows my harddisk (SATA, 320GB) without any partitions in it!
So that when I proceed, it asks for using the entire drive space, regardless of all my existing partitions! And there isn't really anything wrong with my partitions, as the other distros are seeing them, except for this one. Is it related maybe to the drive being SATA?
Any suggestion is highly appreciated :) .

Try Gparted

Try the Gparted live cd.

http://gparted.sourceforge.net/

Just create a partition and install there. The same thing happened to me when installing on my laptop and that's how I got around it.

I tried PTD!

Thanks friend.
Actually, I solved the problem after a few hours. It was a problem in my Partition Table on MBR (was corrupted). I used the great program (M$ Windows Program!) Partition Table Doctor, It's really like a magic! It's a peice of myth!!

GParted is more fun, though....

Just as Magic,

And it's free!
