timebar planning scheduling software

Hi
I am looking for planning scheduling software that will allow
planning of shifts of various persons with varying start and end
times per day, plus different durations. Most of the software
I see seems to be useful only for per day planning without
any hourly granularity nor any capabilities to visualize
per day in a timebar the persons on duty.

unfortunately no indication is given with which program the shown
graph was made

Any ideas suggestions are more than welcome
