Quanta is Hanging on startup

Hi guys,
I'm developing a site and Quanta has become a favorite tool. It's worked fine until recently and now it hangson startup and the splash page. It's no longer in my menu although the system says that it's installed. I tried "dpkg-reconfigure quanta" without success. Any ideas?

Quanta is looking for a file that doesn't exist. Solution:

open file:
/home/user/.kde/share/config/quantarc
delete everything
save file
run quanta
