cs: io port probe 0x100-0x3af hangs in installationHello, I've just downloaded the debian-40r1-i386-xfce-CD-1.iso When i start the installation soon after debian starts to load it freezes with cs: io port probe 0x100-0x3af: Whats wrong or has anybody a hint for what this code stands? Looks like the install cd can't probe some of your hardware, the 0x100-0x3af code is the hardware address of the faulty component. You should first try your cd on another machine or check it's md5 signature to rule out a bad disk, then maybe google around your hardware to see if there's known issues with one of the ata/sata controller. If your bios has the option, you should try changing the ide mode, it's often possible to choose between "ide", "sata", "ahci", setting it to another value may solve the problem for the install.
