redirect url (internet access) to my login page...?

I have problem with my prepaid internet billing. please help me just how to redirect internet client access to my login page using squid or using else???
I have Debian etch4, squid, php-mysql, perl (billing.pl), socket-client server (C programming).
I was implemented using redirect.pl but it's not work..
any kind have solution for this problem???

it seems that you need a captive portal solution not squid
you can try chillispot:
http://www.chillispot.info/

but note that for chillispot you will need the clients and the server in the same network segment and the server will be the gateway of the users.

if what you need is different then explain more about maybe I can help you with it.
