Debian don't find my Hard drive...Hello ! and the installation begin but it stop few seconds later , I've a black screen. So I reboot :/. debian don't find my hard drive, I've a list of drivers and I chose the driver "sata_nv" because my mothercard is an Asus a8n-e (chipset -> Nvidia Nforce 4 Ultra), but debian don't find hard drive again. My configuration is : Mat' I'm sorry for my writing but I'm french and I don't speak very good English. |

If your drives are sata ones, you may have to change the ide mode in your bios. Usually there's several options like "ide", "ahci", "ide compatible", so choose something like "ide" or "ata". It will allow you to install, then you'll be able to shift back to native sata mode in the bios.
