Download file size for DVD

I downloaded iso files from http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/4.0_r3/s390/iso-dvd/. File 3 fits on a DVD but files 1 and 2 are 2MB too large for the 4.37GB formatted DVD!!! Where do I get files that are a FRACTION smaller?

My suggestion is to download the dvd using jigdo. (from http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/4.0_r3/s390/jigdo-dvd/)
Your problem is of the downloads being 2 MB too big.
You can try and modify the .jigdo file and .template file to remove a package or two which are bigger than 2 MB and you know you will not need. Then your job will be done.
