Unclaimed Wireless Network Card - Dell C400

Hello everyone,

I am a newbie, have work on linux but then not really. I have just installed Debian sarge on my Dell C400 and am trying to get this network card to work. When I run lshw I get the following info on the card those I cant seem to get it to work. I have also tried to use NDISWRAPPER for this but that fails as doesnt load up the driver. Please advise what I need to do to get this work. I dont want to buy another Wireless card.. The kernel version 2.6.8-3-386.
