That's a bad idea. Actually, for some packages you could. But it's a recipe for problems because many packages would rely on dependencies and libraries in the older release.

It's also basically unneeded. Jessie/testing is updated so frequently that it'll incorporate security fixes already. Just make sure you have a line of:

deb http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates main contrib non-free

added into your /etc/apt/sources.list.
