I can not edit sources.list and added non-free mirrors. seems to be the problem with the localization, I am from Serbia and gedit will not on sudo mode edit the file.

I do not know is there any other way to install flash except: https: //wiki.debian.org/FlashPlayer

Debian does not use sudo by default unless you install it yourself. Have you installed it?

If not, Debian used su to become Root.

Try, in a Terminal, for example:
su
(it will ask for your password)
nano /etc/apt/sources.list

again, sudo is not there unless you install it yourself.

Try, in a Terminal, for example:
su
(it will ask for your password)
apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
