jigdo files for 3.1r4

Apt-Get Package Installation Issues

Greetings-

I go to debian.org to download Sarge r4 files, and with Mozilla or Epiphany, the file downloads a few percent and then speeds to saying "complete." When I run jigdo-lite to create the iso file, it informs me that the jigdo template is corrupt.

The first times, I used my Sarge OS, then my wife's XP computer. This is what it gave me:

"Download Complete, debian-32r4-i386-binary-5.template, 571KB in 2 min 13 sec"

What could be the causes and how do I fix it? It seems it is not a problem that I can repair.
