Anacron job 'cron.daily'

Every day I get an email to my root account with the following error:

/etc/cron.daily/apt-cacher:
flock() on closed filehandle $lck at
/usr/share/apt-cacher/apt-cacher-cleanup.pl line 121.
flock() on closed filehandle $lck at
/usr/share/apt-cacher/apt-cacher-cleanup.pl line 123.

Not really sure (a) what this means and (b) how to rectify the problem.

maybe you have an instance of apt running somewhere that has things
