I am looking to get away from WinDos to Debian.
One problem is that I need a Browser that can view some of the sites I go to in MS IE (Internet Explorer).
Do any of the Browsers like Mozilla, Konqueror have ability to see the "controls" that work in MS IE?
Yours truly,

I use Opera, Firefox, and all these other Mozilla based browsers which come with the Debian system. Usually, if one thing doesn't work in one of them, it will work in the other.
Sometimes though (but very, very rarely, in around 1% of the cases) the stupid explorer is the only solution.
win and IE
firefox emulates explorer so this is not a problem with most all sites
You need a coctail

Why is it not working?
If you can figure out why a site is not working then there might be a way to fix it.

Thanks for your replies.
Is there a browser that is most secure in this group that comes with Debian?

Iceweasel (as Firefox is called in Debian) is just great!
