can't browse samba network

Dear All:

My platform is Debian etch with gnome as desktop environment.
I can mount samba shared folder manually , but I don't know why I can
not browse samba network by using Location/Computer/Network.

Did I miss some necessary packages ?

At work I run into this (using RHEL 3 there under duress). Nautilus
won't do a thing for browsing Samba, but Konqueror does great. You
might want to try that.
