Can't open linksOpening links is iffy most of the time, but in Outlook Express, it is impossible...I click on the link and I just "hang" and have to use ctrl-alt-del to close out and re-enter Outlook Express. I can copy the link (if it is a url) into my browser and open. I have an HP Media Center PC, Pentium D, with Windows XP; use Panda 2007 anti-virus which is updated daily; use Spyware Doctor (turned off the auto because I couldn't even open emails when it was on, now I just scan every 3-4 days manually; have automatic updates from Microsoft; |
Not sure...
I'm not sure if I can really help you --- this site is dedicated to an Operating System that doesn't run MS Outlook, and I doubt many people here would use it. For more information about Debian, or GNU/Linux in general, just have a look around this site, or the Debian web site.
I don't know about Outlook, but I could suggest trying Mozilla Thunderbird which does everything Outlook will do (as well as follow links ;-)) and is far less vulnerable to all the internet nasties that are around.
Good luck!
