Accidentally deleted my index.html file, now what?

How can I restore this? I'm sure there is a way, but not sure how. I'm the administrator of my site, my host is globat.com. Thanks!

Ok, then there shouldn't be a problem.

All you should have to do is put it in the right directory on your server.
