Site upgrades

Now with Debian Etch released, over the next week the server debianHELP runs on will go through a series of upgrades.

This shouldn't cause any unreasonable downtime (famous last words:-) other than a couple of reboots, but in case you see what you think is a bug, the "contact/feedback" link to the left works like a charm. :-)

And, of course, on the very first part of the upgrade (upgrading Debian Sarge to Etch), I screw up and told apt-get to "replace" one of my customized config files with the maintainer's new version -- and that results in some downtime...
