dvd-rom structure

HelloI am trying to determine the structure (udf, hfs, iso9660 or iso9660/hfs hybrid, etc.) of dvd+r burned with MacOsX software.  can any one help me find application(s) which will tell me everything I might want to know about a  burned disk?
