sysfsutils-devel package

Hi,

I would like to know how (or where) can I have sysfsutils-devel
package for Debian version 4.0 Linux system on IA64 platform.
I would like to resolve following error that I encountered while
installing openfabrics stack:

ERROR: The sysfsutils-devel package is required to build libibverbs_devel RPM

Does anything show if you do:
apt-get search sysfs

For amd64 it's libsysfs-dev.

libsysfs2 - interface library to sysfs
cpufrequtils - utilities to deal with the cpufreq Linux kernel feature
libsysfs-dev - interface library to sysfs - development files
lsparisc - list all parisc devices currently on system
lsscsi - list all SCSI devices (or hosts) currently on system
openhpi-plugin-sysfs - OpenHPI plugin module for the sysfs filesystem
powernowd - control cpu speed and voltage using 2.6 kernel interface
sysfsutils - sysfs query tool and boot-time setup
yaird - Yet Another mkInitRD

So for ia64, I probably need to use libsysfs-dev.
